The Residence (studios and one-bedroom apartments) located on the 1st floor of the hotel are pleasant, extremely functional, carefully furnished, and offer every type of comfort: fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, sink, hood, fridge, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses), private bathroom, balcony, safe, color TV, free Wi-Fi, and a standing fan.
The one-bedroom apartments are rented for a minimum of 2 adults + 2 paying children at 50%. The studios are rented for a minimum of 2 adults + 1 paying child at 50%.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Minimum stay: 3 days
- Check-in from 2:00 pm onwards (if possible, even earlier)
- Check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure
- Small and medium-sized non-noisy pets accustomed to shared environments are welcome at no extra cost. Please kindly inform us of their presence at the time of booking. During the stay, please do not leave them alone in the apartment if they are not used to it, and do not let them rest on the beds. To make them feel more "at home," it is advisable to bring towels or pillows they are accustomed to.
- Changing of bed and bath linen (sheets, pillowcases, and towels) can be requested for free once every 3 days.
- Guests have access to a coin-operated shared washing machine (detergents not included).
- The final cleaning costs for the kitchen of the apartment (dishes, pots, cutlery, stove, oven, and fridge) amount to €15. If the customer wishes to manage them independently, the supplement will not be applied. The final cleaning of the remaining parts of the apartment is included in the price.
