- For longer stays, new customers will receive a booking voucher via WhatsApp, requesting a credit card or prepaid card as a guarantee without any initial charge
- The reservation can be canceled or modified up to 7 days before arrival without penalties. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay amount will be charged

Only for new customers, a deposit of €100 via bank transfer or PayPal is required. In case of cancellation within 10 days before arrival, a "holiday voucher" valid for 2 years will be issued

"I have never found a hotel with such kind and helpful staff! I find it very nice to be welcomed and pampered on vacation .. The structure is dated and even the furniture is basic and old, shame about the shower in the bathroom without a box! however, the location is central and close to every possible service, there are also many excellent partner restaurants.
