CANCELLATION POLICY
FROM APRIL TO SEPTEMBER (EXCLUDING AUGUST)
- For stays up to 3 days, no deposits or credit cards are required, only the completion of the online pre-check-in within 24 hours
- For longer stays, new customers will receive a booking voucher via WhatsApp, requesting a credit card or prepaid card as a guarantee without any initial charge
- The reservation can be canceled or modified up to 7 days before arrival without penalties. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay amount will be charged
AUGUST
Only for new customers, a deposit of €100 via bank transfer or PayPal is required. In case of cancellation within 10 days before arrival, a "holiday voucher" valid for 2 years will be issued

The structure is dated and even the furniture is basic and old, shame about the shower in the bathroom without a box! however, the location is central and close to every possible service, there are also many excellent partner restaurants.
